Civil Filing Fees as of 10/1/10
- Small Claims Filing – $71.00
- District Court Filing – $100.00
- Superior Court Filing – $145.00
- Divorce Filing – $175.00
- Pro Hac Vice – $226.00
- Limited Driving Privilege – $200
- Petition for Judicial Review – $125.00
- Business Court Fee – $1000.00
