Assign & Track Process Service

We deliver a unique process serving experience to our clients. Our goal has always been to act as an extension of your firm. You would never expect to wait on updates or have to track down information from someone a few desks down from you. We don’t think you should have to chase us down either. To help make sure that we are always available to you, we have added features that allow you to automatically track and assign process service jobs. Below you will find links where you can assign new process service jobs to us, as well as track all attempts on current process service jobs. These links can also be found in the sidebar at the top of every page.

Assign New Process Service Job

To assign a completely new process service job, click the Assign Job link above. A new window will open asking you to input all of your information. If you have previously assigned process service jobs to us, simply enter your login information at the top right of the screen. If this is your first time using the Black Dog Agency, please fill out the information as completely as you can. You will then be presented with a form to fill in your case information, specifics about the service and any additional service instructions. Be precise. The more information we have the better. Once you have completed the form, you will be taken to the job screen where you can then upload the documents for service and edit any details you have entered. Check Status of Process Service

To check the status of any current process service jobs you have assigned to us, click the Check Status link above. A window will pop up where you can login at the top right of the screen. Once you have logged in, simply click the My Jobs tab to see all of your current jobs. To check the status of a process service job now, click the link above now.
